SHERRY GOSSET, RN is a Registered Nurse with Tandem 365. In this role, Sherry coordinates all aspects of Home Case Management including physical and emotional assessment, coordinating care with medical providers, facilitating necessary resources, for needs identified to allow participants to remain in their home and avoid unnecessary emergency and hospital visits. Sherry holds a diploma in Nursing from Blodgett School of Nursing. Sherry has spent 38 years in varied specialties, such as Mother Baby, Pain management, Medical Surgical, Oncology, Orthopedics, Neurology, Progressive Care and Home-based Case Management. Sherry has been with Tandem 365 for 5 years, assisting participants to navigate the health care system and advocating, on their behalf, for their needs. Sherry also holds the role of Field Supervisor which encompasses visits with participants and the supervision of field staff.

AMY MULLER, RN received her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from GVSU in 2001 and has worked full time as an RN ever since. Starting at Blodgett Hospital, Amy worked as an orthopedic/med-surg nurse for 5 years, followed by 2 years in the primary care setting. For the next 7 years, Amy devoted her nursing career to mental health, working as a case manager in residential behavioral health programs, staff nurse in addictions, and as a nursing supervisor in the inpatient psychiatric hospital. Amy has been with Tandem365 since 2015. She values the longevity of the relationships she builds with her participants and considers it an honor to be able to provide support, education, and advocacy for her patients. In her spare time, in addition to raising three school age daughters, Amy loves musicals, movies, and spending time with her many pets.

CARRIE TOLAND, RN is a Nurse Navigator with Tandem365. In this role, Carrie assists in the health care management of participants in the community with the goal of prevention of hospitalization and falls. Carrie Toland has 10 years of expertise in nursing. Before joining Tandem365 in 2019, Carrie worked as an Emergency Department nurse for 3 years where she has extensive knowledge in multiple disease processes. Prior to the Emergency Department, Carrie worked as a triage nurse for a Primary Care practice and as a Hospice nurse where she has experience with end of life care. Carrie is compassionate and is dedicated to her participants.

JAN HAMSTRA, RN is a Nurse Navigator with TANDEM365. In her role, Jan assists with the health management of participants in the community with the goal of keeping them in their own homes and avoiding frequent trips to the hospital. Jan has 24 years of expertise in nursing; the majority of which were in roles that focused on the older adult population. Jan is passionate about providing care to patients in their own homes and improving quality of life. Before joining TANDEM365, Jan held other case management roles and has extensive experience in the long term care setting. Jan is compassionate and dedicated to her participants and is an asset to the clinical team.

JAMIE ARMSTRONG, RN is an RN on the TANDEM365 team. In this role, Jamie assists in the health care management of participants in the community with the goal of prevention of hospitalizations as well as assisting participants in their personal health goals. She has worked as a paramedic for a local ambulance company before obtaining her nursing degree. Prior to coming to TANDEM365, Jamie worked as a home care nurse for a local agency. In her role as an RN Navigator, she enjoys providing her participants with the tools to manage their health care as independently as possible. Jamie is married with two children. She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and traveling.

KELLI SINGELTON, RN has been a nurse for four years. Kelli has been a supervisor at a rehab and a long-term care facility. Kelli also has worked as a RN case manager in homecare for about three years. Kelli has plans to further her education in the nursing field. Kelli dedicates her free time to the youth in her community by volunteering at two local non profit organizations. She also enjoys traveling, boating, attending church, and going to local sporting events with her husband and children.

CALVIN STROMBECK, is a Nurse Navigator on the TANDEM365 team. In this role, Calvin enjoys providing his participants with the tools to manage their health care and meet their personal health goals. Prior to coming to TANDEM365, Calvin worked as a chef and a Float Nurse at Bronson Battle Creek Hospital. He has experience in the ED, Cardiovascular and Pulmonary, Critical Care, Mother/Baby, Gastroenterology and Surgical areas of the hospital. Calvin received his education from Kalamazoo Valley Community College and is currently pursuing his Bachelor’s in Nursing. He is married with two young boys and enjoys cooking and being outdoors with his family.

MICKELE KOHLER, RN, is a Nurse Navigator with TANDEM365. In this role she assists in the health care management of participants in the community with the goal of hospitalization prevention as well as helping them achieve their personal health goals. She has been a registered nurse since 2006. Prior to joining our team, Mickele worked as a charge nurse in an ambulatory surgical setting. She also has experience working as an RN Care Manager with the Mid-Michigan District Health Department. In her free time, Mickele enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and two children.

- MINDY HUIZENGA, RN is a graduate of Chamberlain University where she completed her Bachelor of Science in nursing. Mindy has spent the last nine years of her career focused on the care and health management of medically complex patients. She has provided hands-on care and has supported staff in a variety of leadership roles. She is excited to bring these experiences to TANDEM365 as a Nurse navigator. She aims to educate her patients on their disease process for better understanding and management. Mindy looks to help patients live their lives to the fullest. In her free time Mindy enjoys time with her husband and six children.

BETHANY MCGUFFIN, RN EMTP obtained her Paramedic License at Kalamazoo Valley Community College and continued to receive her Nursing License from Glen Oaks Community College. She has had multiple roles in the health care field including education, oncology, emergency medicine and critical care. She values the ability to provide support, guidance, and education to participants at Tandem. She works hard to make all patients she encounters feel that they are valued, heard, and seen for their individual experiences. In her home life, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, concerts, and kickboxing.

Madison is a dedicated healthcare professional with a strong background in emergency medicine. She earned her nursing degree from Grand Valley State University and began her career as an emergency room nurse at Blodgett Hospital and Beaumont Royal Oak. After gaining extensive experience in high-acuity patient care, she became a Nurse Navigator at TANDEM365, where she continues to make a meaningful impact by coordinating comprehensive care for patients. Outside of work, Madison enjoys playing tennis and cherishes time spent with her family.

Michelle is a Registered Nurse on the TANDEM365 team. In this role, Michelle values the ability to provide support, guidance, and education to participants. Michelle started her medical career as a medic in the US ARMY. She then worked as a paramedic for a local ambulance company for 10 years before obtaining her nursing degree in 2007. Prior to coming to TANDEM365, Michelle worked at U of M Health West. She has experience in the ED, Cardiovascular and Pulmonary. In her role as an RN Navigator, she works hard to make all patients she encounters feel that they are valued, heard, and seen for their individual experiences. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, fishing, watching baseball and reading.

MURIEL JAMES, MSW, is a Social Work Navigator who has been with Tandem 365 since August 2014. Muriel began as a Social Work Intern during her Master of Social Work program at Grand Valley State University and then became a full-time employee in April 2015 once she graduated. Throughout her years at Tandem 365 Muriel has been involved with creating and improving processes to better serve the Tandem 365 participants. Muriel is passionate about helping participants achieve their goals through collaboration and empowerment. Muriel also has a special interest in Advance Care Planning. Muriel can help with connecting you to resources and advance care planning while providing guidance and support, so you can make better informed decisions about your own care and well-being.

JUDY TIEMEYER, LMSW, has been working in the healthcare field for more than 8 years. Judy’s varied background includes degrees in accounting and theology as well as social work. Judy is looking forward to using these skills to help Tandem365 participants navigate their healthcare journey. Judy can help with connecting you to resources and advance care planning while providing guidance and support, so you can make better informed decisions about your own care and well-being.

KANANI GROVER, MSW, is a licensed Master’s Social Worker. Kanani brings over 10 years professional social service experience to the team. Her background is primarily in mental health/substance use treatment, but on top of that she has worked with hospice, crisis counseling, and persons with developmental challenges. From personal and professional experience, Kanani knows firsthand that it can be tough dealing with health care. That’s why Kanani is excited learn about you, come alongside you, and help you through it. Kanani can help with connecting you to resources and advance care planning while providing guidance and support, so you can make better informed decisions about your own care and well-being.

BROOKE ZEHR, BSW, is a Licensed Social Worker with Tandem365. In this role, Brooke supports the Social Services team by making referrals and coordinating community resources for participants focusing on insurance, financial and safety needs. Brooke is a Certified Advance Care Planning Facilitator and an active Medicare/Medicaid Assistance Program (MMAP) Counselor. With more than 13 years of experience within the field of Gerontology, Brooke is looking forward to using these experiences to help support all participants of Tandem365.

DAWN SIEPLINGA, LBSW, is a licensed bachelor’s social worker and has been working in the healthcare field for more than 25 years. Dawn’s background includes home care, Medicaid Waiver and skilled nursing facilities. Dawn is focused on person-centered planning to help Tandem participants reach their goals. Dawn can help with connecting you to resources and advance care planning while providing guidance and support, so you can make better informed decisions about your own care and well-being.

KATIE CLINE, LBSW, is a licensed bachelor’s social worker with more than 13 years of social work experience. Katie enjoys working in the healthcare field with more than 8 years of experience as a hospital discharge planner as well as case management for individuals with developmental challenges. Katie is passionate about the mission of TANDEM365 and helping participants succeed in their goals.

SARAH JELSOMENO, LBSW, is a licensed bachelor’s social worker with a passion to help others navigate their health diagnoses with healthcare and community resources. Sarah has both personal and professional experience with Hospice, home health care, and skilled nursing facility social work. Sarah is excited to be a part of TANDEM365, where highly skilled nurses, social workers, and community paramedics to assist those participants who require frequent emergency room and hospital visits.

RACHEL CARON, LMSW, has been a Social Work Navigator for Tandem365 since August 2023. She graduated with her master’s in social work from Grand Valley State University in 2018. Since then, she has worked with the geriatric population in memory care, assisted living, skilled nursing, and hospice. She is proficient in assisting with advanced care planning. Rachel is motivated to connect participants with resources that will address their emotional, financial, and physical needs with the goal of improving their quality of life.

Rose is a dedicated Social Work Navigator with TANDEM365, bringing extensive experience in geriatrics, skilled services, long-term care, and advanced care planning. A 2010 graduate of Eastern Michigan University, Rose is passionate about guiding and supporting participants through their healthcare journey. With a compassionate approach and a strong advocacy focus, she strives to be a trusted resource, ensuring individuals receive the care and support they need to enhance their quality of life.

Shana is a native Detroiter and proud Detroit Public School Alumni. She earned a bachelor’s degree in social work from the illustrious Tennessee State University. She has dedicated 10 years of exceptional service throughout Greater Metro Detroit communities. Her genuine love for people is what motivated her to become a professional Social Worker. Shana brings passion, eclectic knowledge, "can do attitude" and Pragmatic approach. She welcomes each opportunity to serve participants of Tandem365. Shana believes when 'I' is replaced by 'WE', even 'illness' becomes 'Wellness.' Shen enjoys cooking and relaxing at Belle Isle State Park.

ELMA ZLATANOVIC, MA, has been a Medical Assistant at Tandem365 since 2017. Elma graduated from Davenport University with her Medical Assistance associate. Since she graduated in 2013, she had worked at a physician office as a medical assistant. She worked in the neurology and family practice department as well as express care. She has a variety of skills, however her strengths are care coordination, medication management, phone triage, phlebotomy, and wound care.

JACKIE PASSCHIER, MA, is a Registered Medical Assistant. After graduating from Davenport University in 2009, she started her career as an RMA within family practice offices. Jackie started at Tandem365 in 2018. Her passion is helping others and serving those in her community to make their life better. Jackie has a daughter and loves spending time with family. She enjoys camping, bonfires, boating and traveling, along with crocheting and crafting as hobbies.

LINDSEY TALSMA, MA, is a Registered Medical Assistant who graduated from Davenport University in 2005. She has worked as an MA for 17 years and has been with TANDEM365 since July 2021. Lindsey has many years of experience obtaining vitals, phlebotomy, injections, triage and care management/coordination with patients and their families. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband Ben, their 5 children and their dog, Thor. She likes to camp, visit the beach, take walks, watch her kids play sports and enjoy family/friend time. She is also very passionate about animal rescue.

ANDREA ANSTETT, MA, is a Registered Medical Assistant with TANDEM365. She has over 23 years of experience in the Health Care Industry and most of her experience has been in Rural Health Family Medicine. Andrea looks forward to helping participants and family members achieve and maintain their health goals. Outside of work, she enjoys photography, cooking, trips up north, hunting and fishing, but most of all she loves spending time with her family.

Erica is a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant with 23 years of experience supporting healthcare teams and ensuring the well-being of patients. With a solid background in medical office procedures, patient care, and clinical support, Erica is committed to delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. Erica has strong organizational skills, a detail-oriented approach, and a friendly, empathetic demeanor. She thrives in both clinical and administrative settings, a true team player. Erica is married with three children and is an animal lover.

Yolanda is a Certified Medical Assistant with TANDEM365. She has worked in the medical field for over 20 plus years, as a Patient Care Tech and Medical Assistant. She is married with two daughters and one son. She loves to travel, building home projects, and playing volleyball. She very loving, caring and affectionate towards others.

MARILEE BRADFORD, EMT-P, is an Integrated Care Paramedic Case Manager with Tandem365. In this role, Marilee works with physicians, nurses, social workers, medical assistants and many other professionals to coordinate the care of Tandem365’s participants. Marilee has more than 22 years of experience as a paramedic. Before joining the Tandem365 team she worked at a local ambulance company providing advanced life support and critical care to the people of her community. She also held leadership roles in the EMS system and once worked as a full-time firefighter. Drawing on her 22 years of experience as a paramedic, Marilee now focuses mainly on case management and the coordination of care in order to keep Tandem365 participants safe in their homes for as long as possible.

ALEX BURGNON, ICP, is an Integrated Care Paramedic Case Manager with Tandem 365. Alex has 10 years of experience as a paramedic, including roles as a critical care paramedic and field training officer. Alex’s job is to help manage all aspects of his participant’s care and to coordinate with physicians, nurses, social workers and medical assistants in order to formulate the best care plan. Alex will also provide in home assessments and treatments as needed. In their free time, Alex and his wife make it a point to travel as much as possible with an emphasis on the outdoors and exploring other cultures

HIEDI JOHNSON, EMT-P, is an Integrated Care Paramedic with Tandem365. She has worked in the Kent County EMS system for over 20 years, including time spent as a Critical Care Paramedic and a Field Training Officer. In her role with Tandem365, Hiedi works with primary care physicians, any specialists, and the participant to help provide the best, most appropriate care, in a timely fashion. She can also provide in home assessments and treatments to help improve outcomes and keep participants safe in their home for as long as possible.

HEATHER HOWARD, EMT-P, is an Integrated Care Paramedic with Tandem 365. She has worked in the EMS field for over 20 years. She began her career as a Medic in the Army in 1992 and has been working in Michigan as a Paramedic for 14 years. She is passionate about supporting clients and honoring their choices regarding all aspects of their health. She will work to ensure continuity of care between clients, their families, primary care providers and involved specialists. As a Paramedic she is able to provide this quality case management while being available to address urgent needs of clients. She will perform in-home assessments and, when appropriate, provide treatments which could allow clients to remain in the comfort of their home. Heather’s husband is also a Paramedic and a Veteran. They love to spend time with their 3 children and 1 grandchild.

CHAD MEAD, EMT-P, is an Integrated Care Paramedic with TANDEM365. Chad has over 17 years of experience in Fire and EMS and has worked as a Field Trainer. He came to TANDEM365 with a desire to work closely with patients and provide a higher level of care. Chad enjoys learning about his patient’s life experiences. Chad and his wife have 2 young boys that bring the most incredible joy to their lives. In his free time, Chad loves to travel and see every lighthouse in Michigan.

PATTI LUDVIG-MCCARTNEY, EMT-P, is an Integrated Care Paramedic case manager with TANDEM365. Patti has over 25 years of experience in EMS in Kalamazoo County, including time as a Critical Care Paramedic and Field Training officer. She also has experience working in the emergency room as a paramedic, where she worked closely with physicians, nurses, and social workers. At TANDEM365, Patti will bring that experience to give participants the best possible care. Patti also provides in-home assessments and treatments as needed. In her free time, Patti likes to spend time with family and her 4 dogs.

KEVIN BAIZE, EMT-P, is an Integrated Care Paramedic Case Manager with Tandem365. In this role, Kevin works with physicians, nurses, social workers, medical assistants, and many other professionals to coordinate the care of Tandem365’s participants. Kevin has over 12 years providing emergent pre-hospital care including advanced life support care as well as serving in a leadership role as an EMS Director. He now uses his experience to provide home assessments, treatments, and coordinate care in order to keep each participant safe in their home. In his free time, Kevin and his family enjoy many outdoor activities including, fishing, camping, as well as zoos and aquariums.

JACOB RETTIG, ICP is an Integrated Care Paramedic Case Manager with Tandem 365. Jacob has over 7 years of experience in EMS as a paramedic, including time spent as a field training officer. In his role at Tandem365, Jacob collaborates with nurses, physicians, social workers, and medical assistants to coordinate care with participants in their home. Jacob also provides in-home assessments and treatments as needed. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He enjoys hunting, kayaking, going to the beach, and watching the Lions and Red Wings.

JOE ABEL is an Integrated Care Paramedic Case Manager with TANDEM365. He has worked in EMS for eight years and is a board-certified community paramedic. He has served as a field training officer, HAZMAT paramedic, bike team paramedic, incident management team member, and is a Paramedic Supervisor. Joe holds a bachelors in Homeland Security and Emergency Management through the University of Alaska Fairbanks and is currently studying for a Master of Social Work & a Master of Science in Disaster Resilience Leadership through Tulane University. His focus is on vulnerable populations and community resilience. Joe lives in Monroe County with his husband, Jace and their two dogs and two cats.

TERESA TOLAND, CEO, is responsible for a startup business where no blueprint or conditions of participation exist. Her 25+ years of experience in community health care has prepared her for her role in this new initiative. Teresa has spent the past eight years getting to know the health care systems and payers in our community and connecting in a positive way. The success of Tandem365 relies strongly on the ability to understand what health care systems, physicians, payers, patients and caregivers need today and being prepared for a dynamic healthcare industry. Teresa firmly believes that healthcare will continue to fail in the effort to delivery high quality care while at the same time manage the cost of delivering that care. Healthcare providers are confronted every day with situations that challenge them to balance patient needs, insurance demands, and regulatory restrictions and yet produce “quality” driven outcomes. Many American’s will be left on the sideline struggling to make sound choices while attempting to understand a very fragmented complex health system.

MICHAEL MCCULLY, DO, serves as TANDEM365’s Medical Director with over 30 years of experience in both medical and academic sectors. Dr. McCully earned his undergraduate degree at St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas and his medical degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, MO. He is a long time member of the American Osteopathic Association and the American College of Osteopathic Internists among several others. He also has been awarded many honors including Physician of the Year from Dallas-Ft Worth Medical Center and Internal Medicine Faculty Educator of the Year. Dr. McCully’s comprehensive experience with diverse populations compliments his ability to guide and lead TANDEM365’s clinical initiatives

TARA WILCOX, RN, BSN, WCC, is the Director of Clinical Services at Tandem365, a community paramedicine and complex medical case management program that currently serves over 1000 older adults in Kent, Ottawa, Allegan, and Kalamazoo counties. She obtained her BS in Nursing from Grand Valley State University in 2004. Tara has spent most of her career serving the aging population in various roles, but post-acute care in the home setting is her true passion. Prior to her current role with Tandem365, Tara worked to obtain several advanced certifications in wound management, treatments, and debridement so that patients could have access to advanced wound care options in the comfort of their own home. Tara’s current role fits her true passion for the elderly population due to her main interests in bettering the quality and access to care options available to seniors, assisting the at-risk elderly to age in place, and robust advocacy for improvements in navigating older adults through the complex healthcare system.

PHILIP M FENNEMA, EMT-P, CCP, is the Director of Operations for TANDEM365. TANDEM365 is an innovative organization designed to provide better care, better health, at lower cost. TANDEM365’s primary purpose is to allow older adults to age in place and safely remain in their homes while avoiding unnecessary hospitalizations. TANDEM365 operates in the space where a medical case management program intersects with a community paramedic program. Philip’s 17 years’ experience in emergency medicine provides a unique insight into the challenges an organization like TANDEM365 faces. Philip recognizes the challenges older adults with complex medical conditions face and firmly believes TANDEM365 can provide innovative solutions. Through engagement with local, regional, and state level emergency medical service agencies, Philip serves this integrated care model by ensuring non-traditional utilization of EMS services is effective.

LAURA KASPERSKI, RN, is currently the Clinical Manager of the nursing team at Tandem365, a complex case management and community paramedicine program that serves over 1000 complex older adults in Kent, Ottawa, Allegan, and Kalamazoo counties. Laura obtained her BS in nursing from Mount Mercy College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and quickly knew that she had a passion for the elderly population. Laura gained pivotal experience in both the ER and ICU settings prior to taking on more leadership roles that specifically influenced the care and quality of life of the aging population. Laura has received additional training in Polarity Thinking through the Interprofessional Institute for Polarity ThinkingTM in Healthcare which she has used to lead and guide her team though difficult situations and more easily adjust to change. Laura continues to strive to be a true change agent and believes that challenging the status quo in healthcare will lead to improvements in collaboration amongst providers, enhance access and quality of life for patients, and impact the overall healthcare system in a positive way.

JAY MOORE, IT Manager, has 20+ years of experience in Information Technology. Jay graduated from Davenport University with a degree in network engineering. Jay is primarily focused on leveraging technology to provide tools that improve collaboration, efficiencies, and quality patient care. Jay has spent 8+ years in the field of Healthcare with a special interest in the unique challenges in the home-based setting. Jay has experience in project management and is responsible for all IT systems including the Electronic Medical Record for Tandem365, myUnity.

JEREMY BASS, ICP CPM, is an Integrated Care Paramedic Case Manager responsible for routine consultation, coordinating with those involved in your medical care, and making home visits as we make progress on YOUR goals. Jeremy won’t be doing this alone; our team of Nurses, Social Workers, and Medical Assistances will be involved regularly for support and guidance. Jeremy believes in transparency and talking about the “why” we do things versus the “just because” mentality. Prior to TANDEM365, he worked on the road as a Paramedic for 10 years. His time on the ambulance was fun and fair to say interesting. Most of his career was at a local ambulance company. In 2017, he came to Life EMS and shortly after moved into the Integrated Care Paramedic position. Jeremy has been working with TANDEM365 for almost 3 years now. He started as an Urgent PRN Medic before transitioning to the Case Management role. He grew up in Comstock Park and now lives in the Cannonsburg area. Jeremy has been married for 7 years, his wife is a schoolteacher, and he has 2 little girls. When Jeremy is not spending time with his girls he enjoys fishing, pretty much whenever and wherever he can.

TONY JONES, System Analyst, has 20+ years of experience in Information Technology. Tony graduated from NIT with a certificate in Computers and Electronics. He is primarily focused on leveraging technology to provide tools that improve collaboration, efficiencies, and quality patient care. Tony spent 7+ years in the field of Long-Term Care and Hospice. He also has experience in Supporting Electronic Medical Record programs which include Vision, Point Click Care and Brightree as well as a strong background using office 365 and SharePoint as an Administrator. Tony has created high end executive reports and dashboards using PowerBI and automated workflows to help automate employee onboarding, terminations and other HR requests.

STEFANIE MCCALLUM, RN, has worked in health care for over 25 years. She worked as a certified nursing assistant in long-term care, home health care, and private duty before returning to school and earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2008 at Grand Valley State University. Before coming to TANDEM365 in 2016, Stefanie worked in a medical/surgical critical care setting. She has a real passion for education and teaching, whether it’s educating a participant and their family, her fellow colleagues, or passing her knowledge on to future generations of nurses. In her Quality and Education role, Stefanie ensures that TANDEM365 participants receive care that is Timely, Efficient, Effective, Equitable, and Satisfactory. Stefanie is married with three children. She enjoys music, going to concerts and festivals, playing with her dogs, and is a voracious reader.

KOREY LONG, RN, is a Care Team Coordinator with more than 20 years’ of experience as a nurse working in a variety of settings including acute care, sub-acute rehabilitation, long-term care, hospice, home care, and wound management. For the last ten years, she has focused on wound care and case management, with a strong focus on preventing hospitalizations and patient education. Korey received her LPN from Grand Rapids Community College and her RN from Montcalm Community College. She is currently working on her BSN/MSN at Spring Arbor University.

Holly is a CTC who brings years of medical experience and expertise as a Certified Medical Assistant. She previously worked at Corewell Health before joining TANDEM365 in 2023. Holly is passionate about patient care and is often the friendly voice participants hear on the phone. Outside of work, she stays busy with her two school-aged daughters and their many activities, including softball and cheerleading. In her free time, Holly enjoys cooking, baking, and hiking with her dog

Kay is a Care Coordinator Supervisor at TANDEM365, where she supports clinical teams with administrative assistance related to participant coordination and care. As a certified medical assistant, Kay brings extensive experience in family medicine to her role. Outside of work, she enjoys camping with her fiancé, Cale, and playing volleyball in her church league. Kay is also a proud cat mom to three cats—two boys and the queen of the house, Princess Tia!

Nicole has been a certified medical assistant for 32 years. She has worked in several different office specialties, but her favorite office was the Geriatric and Internal medicine office in Kalamazoo. She is an active member of the Michigan Society of Medical Assistants and the Greater Kent County Chapter of Medical Assistants. What draws her to medicine has always been being able to help people. With that need to help people and her love of the geriatric population, Tandem was a perfect fit for her. She has 2 grown children and has been married for 24 years. In her down time, she likes to craft, read books, and watch football and hockey. She also loves the snow and cold weather, so Michigan is the perfect state for her.

Holly has been a CTC for TANDEM365 since 2023. She has an Associates of Applied Science and has been working in health care for 19 years. Her experience ranges from dental offices to specialty and everything in between. She was born and raised in West Michigan but moved to Vermont for 7 years where she helped start a physician call center for Littleton Regional Hospital Physician Practices. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, hiking with her dog, anything related to the water or beach and spending time with her family. Holly is happy to be back in West Michigan, and especially happy to be working with TANDEM365.

Paige is a Care Team Coordinator at TANDEM365, where she provides assistance related to participant coordination and care. Paige's interpersonal skills help her to connect emotionally with patients and health care personnel. As a registered medical assistant, she brings extensive experience in emergency medicine and patient care. Outside of work she spends most of her time with her daughter, playing softball on co-ed leagues in the summertime, and attending concerts with friends.
